The utility needed to understand how nitrate varies with depth in its drinking water boreholes.
Solution
JMAR vertical profiler deployed in boreholes, measuring nitrate at intervals down to 90 m, 3 times each meter down and up.
Result
Detailed depth profiles informed the waterworks and council engineer about where filter placement would be most profitable.
